Swimplan makes it easy to keep abreast of your swimming ability.

Time trials

As a Swimplan member you are encouraged to perform regular swimming time trials. The results of these time trials are used to personalise your swimming programs so that the programs are better tuned to your swimming ability.

As your technique and fitness improves you will be able to complete trials with longer distances.

Stroke count

Your stroke count (the number of left and right arm strokes per pool length) is an excellent indicator of the efficiency of your swimming technique. Your Swimplan programs target specific aspects of your swimming technique, steadily improving it over time. By regularly recording your stroke count you can chart the improvement in your technique.
