Getting started with Swimplan is easy and free!

The process is straightforward:
- Register online for FREE. It only takes a few minutes to register.
- Sign-in and change your password so you can easily come back.
- Swimplan will generate your fist workout - which you can then print.
That's it! It's time to go to the pool and put Swimplan to the test. Every day you can get a new workout for free.
Get the most out of Swimplan
To get the most out of Swimplan you should record time trials for different strokes and for a variety of distances, however this is optional. If you don't record any time trials Swimplan will automatically estimate target times, intervals, rest periods and distances for you. If your workouts are too easy, simply indicate that you want them to be more challenging and if your workouts are too difficult, ask for easier ones.
Swimplan Premium
The Swimplan Premium service provides more variety and choice. Swimplan Premium uses an expanded database of workouts that include more drills, more strokes and greater use of training equipment like fins, paddles and pull buoys. In addition, Swimplan Premium offers a choice of workouts including:
- Choose from up to 5 workouts every day
- Select workouts with or without drills
- Select workouts with or without equipment
- Select your preferred stroke to be included in your Core sets
- Choose to have workouts with interval sets or target times
Swimplan Premium is a subscription-based service that costs US$9.95 per year.
After you register and sign-in we will give you Swimplan Premium to try for free for 14 days. After 14 days, if you choose not to upgrade your account, your access to Swimplan Premium will expire but you can continue to sign-in and get a free workout every day.
